Each item is handmade and one-of-a-kind. Product availability is subject to change, and colours or materials may vary slightly. We reserve the right to update or discontinue products without notice.
All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable. Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party providers (like Shopify or Stripe). Your payment info is never stored on our servers.
Orders are shipped from Brisbane, Australia. Ready-to-ship items are processed in 3-5 business days. Made-to-order pieces have a longer crafting time — see individual product listings for estimates. We're not responsible for delays once items are handed to the postal carrier.
We offer refunds for Made-to-Order items if cancelled before crafting begins. Once an item has shipped, all sales are final — unless something arrives damaged or incorrect. If that happens, please contact us and we'll make it right.
