All items are Made to Order, and processing times can vary depending on the item and current order volume. After you place your order, you'll receive an email with an estimated crafting and shipping timeframe.

You'll also receive:

  • A processing time estimate once your order is confirmed
  • A notification when crafting begins
  • Optional updates if timelines shift or upon request

If the processing time doesn't suit you, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee โ€” no questions asked โ€” as long as crafting hasn't started.

๐Ÿ“ Where do you ship from?

Orders are packed and shipped from Brisbane, Australia. Local pickup is not currently available, but we're hoping to offer that soon!

๐ŸŒ Do you ship internationally?

Not yet โ€” but stay tuned! For now, shipping is limited to within Australia.

๐ŸŽ Can I include a gift message?

Absolutely! Just add your message in the notes at checkout or email missrocca2016@gmail.com with your order number and your note.

Due to the handmade nature of our items, all sales are final once your order has shipped. But don't worry โ€” if something arrives damaged or you're unsatisfied for any reason, please reach out and I'll do my best to make it right.

We offer a full refund before crafting begins. You'll receive processing time estimates after your order is placed and can cancel for a full refund if the timing doesn't work for you.
